I love to to cook. Probably started with parents who liked to cook and taught me some skills as a youngster. I was fortunate that I was always interested in trying just about
anything. I don't know if this is a learned or inherited trait, but I am always dumbfounded by people who have excruciatingly narrow tastes. That being said, even if you only like a handful of things, you can learn how to do a better job preparing them.
I am willing to cook to tackle just about anything related to cooking. Typically, something casually piques my interest and the next thing I know I am immersed in a no-holds-barred pursuit of perfecting it. It turns out that many things that sound complicated aren't all that difficult to do. This website is kind of a documentary of my obsession with food.
