Salmon Magic

This is a great way to cook salmon. When cooked, the salmon fuses into a single piece that leaves guests wondering how you did it!

Slice the salmon into strips that are as wide as the rings are tall. Turn the slices on edge, as shown, and put them into the rings. Spray the rings with Pam or wipe with oil to prevent sticking. Several pieces of fish are needed for each ring. You will probably need to cut a piece to fill the last bit. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and pan sear or grill. Do not over cook!! An internal temp of 115 degrees will be enough. Salmon does not have to be well done. Med rare or Medium is perfect. Carefully remove the rings after cooking and before serving.

Serving suggestions

Place salmon on top of a starch, like rice or potatoes, then sauce. Or create a sauce like above and plunk the salmon on top
